Founded in 2020 during Singapore's Lockdown

The founder of SG Palate had access to importers that supplies to various high-end restaurants in Singapore. Specifically with just our signature Foie Gras de Canard, more than 3000 packets was sold in a month to individual household in Singapore. 

We wanted to encourage everyone to stay home yet able to enjoy gourmet dinner whipped up by love ones with our fine ingredients. As a wholesale, we are known for supplying fine ingredients that are used in restaurants to households at a fraction of retail prices.

In 2024, our lifestyles have evolved, reflecting the Singaporean love for travel, fine dining, and the need to maximize our time. With busy schedules, hosting gourmet dinners at home has become less feasible. Therefore, while we continue to provide freshly arrived ocean delicacies like caviar and uni sashimi, we have also curated extravagant events for weddings, birthdays, and other celebrations—offering the opulence and joy that were missed in 2020.
